    1. That photo is what the wood pile looked like at the beginning of the winter, unfortunately. We are down to just 1/6 of that amount. It'll be interesting to see if we make it through to spring.

  10. Yes, that wood pile would be a splitting headache to chop! I come from a long line of tree people and just about every one of us has those splitting headaches! Although, we do most of our wood work in the warm months and get it all stacked up and split ahead of time. (For the most part!)
